We were called out by one of our customers to a problem with a blocked toilet which had been leaking foul waste into the utility room.
On clearing the drain we carried out a CCTV inspection to confirm a cracked pipe underneath the building. We then made the decision it would be a more cost effective and less disruptive to carry out an excavation outside the building to access the pipe and install a drain liner under the building to repair the pipe.
These works were successful in stopping the leak and restoring the drain to full serviceability.
